Attorney Yvette Donosso

Yvette Donosso graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1999. Prior to joining Trujillo Acosta Law she was the Prosecutor for Bountiful City. She clerked for Judge Clark Waddoups and Magistrate Brooke C. Wells in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. Prior to her federal judicial clerkships, she was a Utah Assistant Attorney General in the Litigation Division. Upon law school graduation, she clerked for Judges William Bohling, Lee Dever, Tyronne Medley and William Thorne in the Third District Court. Thereafter, she clerked for Justice Christine Durham in the Utah Supreme Court. After her state clerkships, she practiced law at Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar and Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough. She also served in Governor Jon M. Hunstman’s cabinet as the Executive Director of the Department of Community & Culture. She has served in various legal and community organizations including the Utah State Bar, the Utah Minority Bar Association, the Pete Suazo Business Center and the Utah State History Board. In 2019, she received the Raymond Uno Award for Advancement of Minorities in the Law from the Utah State Bar.
