Attorney Kevin Kemp is from South Jordan, Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah in 2006 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Early in his professional career, Mr. Kemp worked in the research and development division of Michelin North America, the retail side of Bridgestone Firestone Retail & Commercial Operations, and as an outside salesman for the parts department at Gus Paulos Chevrolet. In December 2011, Kevin graduated from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas and returned to Utah to begin his legal career. Between his first and second years of law school, Mr. Kemp worked as a law clerk for South Jordan City where he gained experience under the supervision of the Assistant City Attorney and the City Prosecutor. He was also an intern for the Solicitor General in the Kansas Office of the Attorney General.

Prior to joining Trujillo Acosta Law, Mr. Kemp worked at various law firms and ran his own law firm, which provided him with experience in criminal defense cases, family law cases, and general civil litigation.  Kevin has represented thousands of English and Spanish speaking clients across the state of Utah, guiding them through our complicated legal system.

In his spare time, Mr. Kemp enjoys spending time with his family fishing and camping at Starvation Reservoir and supporting each other in a variety of sports and activities.  His personal hobbies include cooking, gardening, reading, and his current passion competing in the Senior division of the World Long Drive Tour.
