Carlos Trujillo

Carlos was born and raised in San Antonio de los Altos, Venezuela. At age 18, he moved to the United States because he believed that in the United States his dreams were possible if he was willing to work hard to achieve them. However, this decision brought struggles, challenges and achievements that have helped shape the attorney that he is today.

Carlos began his studies at the LDS Business College, where he earned a Degree in Business and Accounting Certificate. He continued his education at the University of Utah, earning his BA in Political Science. While studying at the University of Utah, he also interned for the IRC (International Rescue Committee). He was even awarded the Pete Suazo Award from the Hinckley Institute of Politics for his outstanding work as an intern. Carlos attended Law School at Thomas M. Cooley in Michigan, where he graduated Cum Laude. To complete his education, he spent his last semester working for the Honorable Judge Thorne in the Court of Appeals of the State of Utah.

Carlos is licensed to practice law in Utah, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
